    Our Professional Development Framework

    We offer a dynamic, collaborative approach to professional development, ensuring all staff have access to high-quality training, coaching and professional learning opportunities.

    Instructional Coaching &Professional Growth

    We utilise a coaching-based professional growth model focused on incremental improvement, reflective practice and supportive professional dialogue. Staff receive regular instructional coaching designed to strengthen classroom practice, adaptive teaching and consistency across the Trust.

    SEND, Inclusion & Specialist Development

    Inclusion is a significant strength across Prime7 and professional development reflects this commitment.

    We actively utilise apprenticeship pathways and specialist training to develop expertise in:

    • SEND
    • Autism
    • SEMH
    • Speech and Language
    • Occupational Therapy
    • Early Years practice

    Staff across the Trust engage in SEND and inclusion working groups, supported by external partners including the Autism Education Trust and wider local authority networks.

    Collaborative School Improvement

    Collaboration is central to how we improve together.

    Professional learning opportunities include:

    • Paired reviews and learning walks
    • Moderation activities
    • Curriculum development groups
