What can we offer you?

We care about the well-being of our staff and are a local, community centred MAT that means we can offer support and professional development opportunities across our schools. We offer free tea, coffee and a pleasant and safe working environment that ensures our staff enjoy coming to work with our fantastic children across our three sites.

We are an ambitious and forward thinking MAT with a full CPD programme each year to offer opportunities to all of our staff at all levels. Encouragement is given to any staff who have a particular interest in a given area that they wish to pursue and further their own learning such as autism awareness for example.

We support our working family staff members by offering discounted rates on wrap around care and promoting the use of childcare vouchers.
